Return Policy
By making a purchase you are understand that we are selling products as containing CBD (Cannabidiol) made from the flowers of the Hemp (cannabis sativa) plant. We are required to tell you that any statements made have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD. If you decide to purchase our products, you are doing so with your own understanding of the potential benefits of CBD (cannabidiol) products.

Refund Policy:
Returns of all unused and unopened products are accepted for 15 days following receipt of your order. Simply contact us and send it back for a refund (Opened products cannot be returned.) An RMA is not needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us.**Please also note that while we make every effort to ensure your satisfaction, we do not have a money back guarantee that CBD will work for you or any specific issue. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used**
Return Process:
1) Email us at service@leafwize.com within 7 days to notify us that you will be returning your product and to request the Return Shipping Address. Please include any tracking number to service@leafwize.com so we can watch for it.
2) Once we receive your package back at our facility, we will then issue a refund back to the payment used for purchase and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
Leafwize will only accept returns from purchases made on Leafwize.com. We cannot accept returns from a purchases made in a retail store. Please contact the store where the item has been purchased.
Products returned in unopened condition, will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee. (Shipping costs are not refundable.)
