Returns of all unused and unopened products are accepted for 7 days following receipt of your order. Simply contact us and send it back for a refund (Open products have a 15% restocking fee.) An RMA is not needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used**
1) Email us at [email protected] within 7 days to notify us that you will be returning your product and to request the Return Shipping Address. Please include any tracking number to [email protected] so we can keep an eye out for it.
2) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
